I have used DC Collective for years. Today, for the first time they decided they weren't going to deliver to me because I didn't order enough. With the amount of money I've spent, you'd think they'd throw me a bone for being such a regular, long time customer. Go elsewhere! Wouldn't bother.

So it's a fancy dispensary with rude AF snobbish employees. This girl that helped me just had a horrible attitude and was not friendly. The security guard was nicer than she was. The prices are higher than most and I walked out buying nothing and going straight back to the dispensary closest to my house.

Don't waste your time or money here, product is overpriced and high mark up on the taxes. I've never been offered any discounts here and they advertise a 20% happy hour discount, but I have yet to see anything of a savings. When I put an order through online, it showed taxes total of almost $30 for a $69 purchase. Other dispensaries don't charge this outrageous amount on taxes because i did a comparison. Employees are always high, some are nice, some are rude especially if you place an order online and don't need their assistance. Security guards are nice and welcoming, more than employees.

This was my first time here. It was very busy when I arrived and so I got in line. After a few minutes, the security guard came around and was speaking to people. He came over to me and explained that if I order what I want on-line, they'll bring it out to me instead of having to wait.He was so kind and helped me navigate the website, create an account and then when I was done placing my order, he told me where to move my car. When parked, he got the process started, took my ID and explained someone would be right out with my order. It was so easy and saved so much time. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.Such a great experience!

DC collective delivered my order alll the way in moorpark which is 15miles away without a delivery charge during corona quarantine  I cannot express my gratitude enough besides a big big THANK YOU. The delivery woman was bright, sweet and very quick

Uhhmmmm let's celebrate the legalization of recreational marijuana! DC Collective is the most sterile dispensary in the valley, or even LA. They have a well lit private parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. I love the fact that they have security guards protecting the facility, staff and customers. Their products are properly handled and regulated. Staff was generous with their time and did not rush or pressure me at any point. They spent time sharing information about products and answering all questions. 5/5 clean and organized facility5/5 well curated selection of products 5/5 amount of options available; not too over whelming. 5/5 security and safety 4/5 convenience and flow 4/5 competitive pricing 4/5 decent return / warranty policies on certain products 5/5 knowledgeable professional well trained staff 5/5 presentation and layout3/5 branding choice~ kind of a knee jerk masculine look5/5 location location location Essentially it's basically almost perfect. I've been to so many other dispensaries and this one by far is the most legit not just in the valley but all of SoCal. I've seen super cute dispensaries that fall short on product and pricing, and I've seen tiny hole in the walls that have great prices but horrible quality products, I'd say DC is very reasonable. Their pricing is as such because they have bigger overhead and higher standards to maintain, but even so their prices are actually still very competitive and reasonable. They get so busy all the time and it's so clear why. Thank you for providing a reliable and consistent place for all of us! Also major props to them for being involved with the community in positive helpful ways. That is by far one thing a lot of other dispensaries do not do.. the fact that they give back is so huge.

I've been coming here for over 5 years. I've had a few great bud tenders during that time. Dylan's usually my boy, he's been helping twice a week for as long as I can remember, always making the most solid recommendations. Dylan will always be my boy, but I gotta give a huge shout out to Donna! She gave me fire recommendation after fire recommendation. I always try and time my visit for the morning to catch Dylan, but it's nice to know that if I can only make it after work, Donna is around to read my mind and make recommendations. I love DC! When I lived in SF I would drive down just to pick up because 22k is by far the best carts on the market. I've been here since the brick walked medical days and can't imagine going anywhere else.

They usually take a while to come out with their IPad to take your order. It took them about 10 minutes of going back and forth to find me a gram of flower to buy. Once you select something, you'll wait on line for another 5 minutes to check out and pay. I ended up with Alien Labs Xeno, which was packaged July 2020. I realized after I left the store it was old and dry, and they wouldn't even let me exchange and purchase something else 5 minutes later. Reached out to Alien Labs, and they said DC shouldn't be selling flower that old, after 6 months they should send it back. The manager was not a manager, simply telling me no exchanges after I left the store minutes earlier. Rules are rules I guess....if you want great selection and pricing, head to Coast 2 Coast or Divine Wellness, 5 minutes away but a world of difference.

My friend found this place ok on Yelp for me. I was skeptical at first because of the location. But I was so wrong. This place is amazing very clean , professional and efficient. I told the hot guy who helped me what I wanted and direct me to the items and I just picked and choose what I wanted . Paid the cashier and left very happy. Am coming back again.

The worst!! Extremely bad customer service!! They recommended me a weed which actually wasn't what I was after. When noticing the error just after purchasing it (literally within seconds) I asked to speak with a manager. The little guy with a hat was very condescending and didn't even try to come out with a solution. Will never return and do not recommend to anyone. There is too many other dispensaries with great attitude.

I bought 5 full gram Select cartridges for a total of 300$, all of them were defected and had a black layer of oil on top, all of them taste burn and harsh. I brought them back in with the receipt, Dan the dispensary manager was trying to convince me that this is ok and that how it should be, I'm buying Select for more then 2 years i know exactly how it should be and anybody else that buys distillates knows it should be clear and an even color, not parts of it black and other are clear. Don't buy here, they will not help you if you have a problem with the product and will try to make you feel stupid by saying that how it should be when clearly it is not. i wish i could upload a picture, very disappointing. 300$ down the drain but they lost a 15 cartridges a week costumer, that shows you how much they don't care.

Awesome place love the atmosphere everybody is very very nice, energetic group! There's a lot of product, great selections to pick from.  I will definitely be going back!

I would have given five stars but the last three times my husband and I went the info was bad. I'm a loyal customer been going since it opened, I ask a lot of questions and find them knowledgable about the products. Been getting high for forty-five years so not a lightweight. We went while ago, I asked asked for mild pot for pain relief. Recommendation made me uncomfortably high, no pain relief and was harsh. Next time asked for edibles for stress. Suggestion had so much melatonin I started nodding off as soon as it kicked in. Yesterday went for tincture. Was told, take half a dropper it would last four hours. Husband took a quarter was uncomfortably high for seven hours.  I still love the place and will still go but new staff really needs a bit more education on product.

Best shop around and can't beat 20% off daily. Love the Passiflora flower. Services is always A+++ and parking is convenient

They Don't Keep Thier WORD here.NO WORD?? NO HONESTY?? Equals NO INTEGRITY.I dealt with the manager today named Patricia.I'm A Serious Business Owner. And Serious Consumer Of Marijuana. I cashed them out yesterday when business was slow. They did not honour there pricing today and wasted 2 hours of my time with their delivery service. Highly Unprofessional Employees. Spend Your Hard Earned Money Elsewhere. I suggest So Cal Co Cop. I'm not happy with the unprofessionalism and petty employees working like they are absent minded, can't remember anything and  high. For my money I would like some professionalism. I spent $400 yesterdayg and was going to buy product and pipes today bringing my money spent here in these desperate times to $1,000.00 dollars. I'm sure another dispesary would like my business. I give this experience a fail for wasting 2 hours of my time , not keeping there word, and trying to nickel and dime Me. I am a millionaire. This place is ahead of its competition. From the dope positive vibes they give out. And I'm talking about everyone from their security crew/bud tenders etc. Not to mention their second to none curbside pick up. If you're looking to pick up some of the best flowers in The Valley/LA, this is the place to go

Love the staff and I just give credit to the security guards for curbside! They're so friendly and welcoming! I've never received an attitude or a look of annoyance when I give my debit card to pay (not always lol) it's so clean and they take the pandemic crisis seriously and I can appreciate that 100%.

Placed an order online with weedmaps and wasn't disappointed. This place has some of the best prices on edibles in the area, and the friendly staff was a bonus too. Conveniently located for me, I'll definitely be placing more orders in the future

My friend picked some flower up for us. I was having a bad day, so she was looking for something specific.When opened the container, it was empty! Not even a speck of weed dust was in there. I have never experienced this.The worst part was, when she called them to explain what happened, they took zero responsibility and said she could come back for 10% off her next order!! After giving her an empty eighth of weed. The shitty customer service is laughable.Do not shop here because if they mess up, they will not make it right

So I should ignore everything that happened because you give me the same happy hour discount that everyone gets who comes in around 8? You clearly haven't been responsive to my requests or I wouldn't be writing a negative review. I have a child with severe autism and a husband with post traumatic stress disorder and no you haven't always been responsive to our medical needs. Just a word of advice; just apologize instead of getting snarky and defensive about a negative review. All you did was make a bad customer service experience even worse.

I used to love this shop. I typically smoke hybrids all my previous orders have been hybrids. I explained the situation to the manager(somehow I hit the wrong strain)and he said all your previous orders are indica there nothing we can do. I checked my previous orders  and the specific one he said is indica is from Loudpack and it was Rose. All my previous order have been Hybrids. If you look up the brand and statin you will see its a hybrid that is indica dominate but still a hybrid. I wasn't asking for a redound or anything, I just wanted the right strain. I really don't appreciate being told that I order only indicas before knowing very well what I smoke. To the manager, study your strains. You work at a weed shop it would be nice if you knew your strains and were a little more helpful. I added a photo of the loudpack rose which shows that it is a hybrid not indica. The reason for my 1 star was the fact that he kept saying all your previous orders are indica(they'll Hybrids)

If you're in the area and looking for a good "shop" go to DC COLLECTIVE. Right when we stepped foot in the door we felt so welcomed and found everything we were looking for so quickly! I went in to return a disposable cartridge, it was still half full, and no way to charge it, the battery must of died. They refused to return or exchange it, they said it was past the time allowed. Well I guess they forgot to tell the battery that cause they would not return it! I'm sure they don't care if me and my few referrals don't come back, we are not huge spenders. We will not go back, too many other nIce clinics in the valley to go to. Very disappointed!! It was close to the house. I guess customer service is no longer a value at certain stores!!

As a first timer, I had a great experience. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I came in sorta knowing what I wanted, but they made it a quick and easy experience to get what I wanted. Will definitely be going back!

The cartridge I bought started leaking less than 24 hours after I got it it's coming out the mouth piece and got everywhere. I'm from Arizona visiting family I can't see any of us ordering here again.

Garbage shop. Been going here for years and hey treat their customers like trash. Spent thousand of dollars there and was told I have no reward points ?!!! Also they overcharge to Cover the "20%" discount. Rude staff.  Avoid this place at all costs especially since there a plenty of other choices to go to. Lost a loyal customer for good

I came here with my girlfriend in a rush before our date and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean, professional, and safe we felt here! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and like we have been coming here our whole lives!Definitely will be coming back!!!!!

I'm a avid client of this dispenery but, this morning I came in and and was help by a women that had a very bat attitude towards me. She was afercan American and spoke rude to me as if she didn't want me to be there. I hope her customer service skills improve and doesn't treat anybody as she did me.

Their bud tenders are fantastic. The security is great. I will however find a new purveyor and won't return to DC Collective. I have purchased passiflora products here and several times the weight was short. The manager promised discounts that never came to fruition. Passiflora did nothing and that's what they will get from me in the future. The business of bud was more honorable and honest before legalization.

On the recommendation of my brother & nephew, I have found a new collective!  It's a little more of a drive, but so worth it.  Today I met David, the owner & our budtender, Deanna, was the sweetest & has a good knowledge of your products.  The place feels safe with the guard & is nicely decorated & they have a great selection of everything.I will definitely be back again & again...

Man this is the worst delivery I ever gotten. Order made at 3:30, delivered at 5:50. Lady was disrespectful and had the worst customer service I ever got. Please, dont nobody order from here.

Probably won't ever come back here. What's the point of advertising that you accept credit cards when none of your machines work which leads us to taking out cash and having the bank charge us even more than if we used card.

Dc collective is my favorite dispensary. #1 for their flower choices. Best in the city. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the wait is never long. It's a bit of a drive for me-  worth it!

This is my favorite place to get herb. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. And the herb is always great quality and prices fairly. I highly recommend this place to anyone that likes a good dispensary with knowledgeable helpful staff. My favorite strains are the gohstrider for Indica and the Gorrila Glue if you're looking for a good hybrid sativa strain. They also have a great selection of cartridges of caping is more your style. The Kurvana branded ones are my favorite and are very strong.

I hadn't been to DC Collective since weed became legal. I use to go when I had a card. Wow, the place has change. Much more product and a bigger variety.  The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.  This will be my "Home" Dispensary from now on. The place is super spacious and clean. 5/5

I have always felt safe using them for all my medical conditions of course with traditional meds. My doctor was a skeptic but seeing how my medical conditions were help he sent other patients to the only ethical medical clinic to see if they would benefit from canibus.  What is also grate they are not forgetting the patients. If one goes to this very good clinic and are deemed that it would help patients get a 20% off all the time(non patients get this discount only at certain times.  My DR does want me to go back so I will go back to the clinic

Their staff are Very friendly, very patient when you have any questions you may have, and are very informative about their products. Their clinic is very clean, very nice looking place . The staff there wears the same uniform like a at any professional Company store . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today, after being a loyal customer of theirs since the medical mj days (at least 10+ years) and following them to their new location they screwed me OVER a request for 5 to 10 dollar credit on a defective disposable vaporizer, 22K brand. They keep computerized records at DC Collective so they know what I buy but still treated me like an idiot. The battery on device died prematurely. I baby those vape pens bcuz they're expensive and fragile and it was still half full and they told me no credit towards a new one.....i wasn't even asking for my money back. They tried to tell me it's always that way. I told them nicely that's not true look in your computer I buy these once a week (not cheap) and the oil is exhausted before battery quits it's never  half full when it quits.....before i walked out I told them "you know there are at least 2 other stores within a mile of here this is how you treat your loyal customers?" Kid says nothing I said "goodbye I shall never be back". Goodbye DC collective and by the way the last flower I bought from you was the weakest Skywalker strain I ever had, sad what has happened to this place.

Love this shop. So clean and safe( they have security in the front and parking lot). This is were I send all my patients because I Know there is a good selection with knowledgeable employees.

Terrible experience!!! Stay away. I went here earlier today and got some bud only to come home and open the prepackaged container, which I found to be completely empty. It barely smelled like weed at all (there probably wasn't any weed there for some time). I called the shop and they weren't very helpful at all. They said something about how this hasn't happened in the last 2 weeks and the best they could do is give me a 10% discount. I really thought this was poorly handled on their end. I was very disappointed. Never going back again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Even if the empty container was an accident on their part, the least they could have done is handled this in a better way.

Awesome flowers and wax. Decent prices. Not the best but decent. Their quality is the best. They are the biggest so they can offer more quality strains. I enjoy their herojuana, skywalker, Freddy, and Charlie Sheen is one of my favorites. I like oilers and left coast nug run shatter and on Saturdays you get a dime spot off. They get very busy so to avoid a wait, go at times people need to work or stoners are asleep. Like early weekend ls of weekdays during the day. There's plenty of parking and the facility is secured with 3 armed guards and a state of the art security system that will devour your soul if you think about actin silly.They should lower their prices. They make millions and millions of dollars a year. But they have neighbors that make millions too because they have lower prices. They could easily crush their competition if they were a little less greedy and lowered their prices a measly $10 across the board.

Love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep everything very clean and organized. They have 2 security guards one inside and the other outside that are fun to talk to. The budtenders help you with whatever you need and they also have daily specials like on fridays they have $1 house joints. Definitely recommend this place

After all this time I finally discovered dc! One of the biggest selections in the valley! All their employees know their stuff! They are extremely welcoming and friendly! I forget the girls name who helped me I want to say Kristin or Kristine I'm bad with names! But she was amazing and super helpful! This is definitely my new spot , it's down the street from my house and super convenient

This place is Ok. Just ok. Don't be fooled by their front. Yes they have a very professional experience to offer, but even that is all smoke(don't mind the pun lol) and mirrors; First they totally drag out the registration process and even after registration getting in is still a slow process. Then when you've selected your weed they make you pay in a different place, which isn't much of a problem but honestly think it's all a carry on for nothing. Ok so the important bit THEIR WEED, ok they look like they have a lot to offer they don't. They don't really have any known strains, and their stuff is real POOR QUALITY. The first batch I stuck my nose in smelt like manure; So I decided to smell some more of their stuff and the lot BAR ONE, smelt like it hadn't been cured properly. All in all I think their business management marketing etc is like ran by Disney but the product itself is ran by Mickey Mouse because it's garbage. Their smoke is like it's been mass produced by people who think marijuana is just a plant you water and flower and that's it lol, no joke. I honestly wouldn't trust this place at all I think it's a false cat disguised as a game changer. I've been to a lot of dispensaries in Cali, and even the ones that look real ghetto have a lot better product than these guys. They have good edibles but at the end of the day most eds are properly manufactured they don't make them themselves. They are ok. That's it. This place Deffo NOT selling the CRHONIC!!! Which I'm sure that's what all of you want lol...

As a patient here for years , I was truly disgusted to find out about the uncaring price increases. A 30% tax passed on directly to the patient is horrible. I'm sad I supported you guys all these years. You guys make enough money, you could absorb at least some of this bullshit tax. Spare me your tax justification bullshit. How you can even tax 30% on something that isn't even federally legal is beyond me . Never thought I'd say this but, unless they lower their prices, I hope DC closes down.

I've never been disappointed with this place, ever. Well today there amazing streak continues with me! Story goes like this. Went to a shop I got to sometimes and there I find out my ID is expired and I asked if I can get this one exception or if I pay for my ID renewal and show proof that I'm getting a new one soon. Absolutely not! Cannot help you out and turn their back on me. I call DC COLLECTIVE and explain my situation and guess what? Yes, they can do it because they understand that things happen. They just needed a copy of my receipt that shows I paid it AND it's good for a month because they know it takes a few weeks to get your ID. I'm not gonna blast the other place name but they probably will not be seeing my money for a while or ever. As for DC thank you for taking the time to listen and understand that things happen.I will keep supporting this place for sure.

Every single strain that is donated from DC-COLLECTIVE is amazing but my favorite strain from them is "GDP!"

Was disappointed by the lack of scale pricing.  Pot was solid, even the weeks-old 'bargain' stuff that fit the cash-budget I'd brought along.  My roommate loves the place, and the sheer SCALE of it is reminiscent of Harborside and other industry standards, ensuring relatively fast service.I was also turned off by the fact that they were going to give me flippin' T-shirt for a new-member gift until it turned out they were out of my size.  Like I'm SO EXCITED to do your advertising for you.  Even the hard candies they gave me eventually were better than being treated like an insentient billboard (I'm not a fan of edibles).  You cannot POSSIBLY have more effective ways to move your schwagg than making a great first impression with a free rollie.  Its certainly better spent ad dollars than a t-shirt I'll never wear that makes me feel used.

This is my go to spot. People are cool and the variety of flower options are really good consistently. Good prices and friendly staff. Very happy customer.

Been coming here for almost 5 years now ever since they were at their original location. I must say the staff here is very nice and curtious always helping out with what the needs of the patient are. Any problems or issues u can deal with a manager on the spot no questions asked. There has even been times when I wasn't satisfied with the quality and they had no problem crediting me for something else. Chris and his guys run a super staff all your wants and needs are handled when you come to dc. Service quality and a badass staff to top it off

Worst place to go to! Went for my first time, was treated like a 2nd class citizen. Not to friendly customer service! Got there at 7:40 right before closing time, & because the front staff didn't want to take 5- min for me to fill out the new patient application they told me to come back the next day! I asked what time do you close they said 8:00 HELLO either I'm off on my math (cuz we still have 20-min before close time) or they have bad work ethics (LAZY) !!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I took my business else where!... Won't be coming back!

I bought a defective cartridge (failed to work with the battery purchased with it, and failed to work with 3 other batteries) and the people at DC Collective would not replace it because it worked on one of their batteries (so they say, since I was not allowed to see them test it).  I am out $60.  These people don't need my business.

Terrible first experience at this place! They lied on their website where they said they only required a driver's license and the original CA Doctor's recommendation (with raised seal). We had that. But when we got there, they said that was not enough and would also have to hear from our Doctor over the phone. This was a Saturday, so of course the Doctor didn't answer. They got rude to us, and said they wouldn't let us in. We had to drive a long way, since Ventura County shut down all their MM providers. Very frustrating! Maybe they refused us because we were clean cut older people? It seems like all their clientele was in their 20s or 30s. I don't know why they made up extra requirements for us. But we went to another place (Divine Wellness Center), where they told the truth about requirements, and were nice as well.

Thank you DC for the Great 420 goodie bag!!  Was pleasantly surprised by all the free goodies!I have been coming here for a year or more and have always been well taken care of by staff.  Their strains are always well cured and very good.Thanks again!

I love this place! ***Israel is amazing!*** He always takes his time with me and doesn't rush. I bought a pen/battery (the cool flip up one that looks like a car key) and I was having trouble with getting it to work even after I charged it fully. I stopped by the next day and asked for help because I wasn't sure if it was something I was doing. Israel partnered up with his manager and replaced what I had bought because it didn't work and made sure my new one did! ALSO ALL YOU CRY BABY YELPERS ARE SO ANNOYING. No one is giving me any freebies for this review. Just wanted to take some time and give props to this dispensary! I love the way they run their business. The house joints are decent! The bud is TOP NOTCH and they always have different specials everyday. Notable strains that I just can't live without.. Elmer's Glue, Platinum Cookies, Grand Daddy Purp, Gorilla Glue.. If you don't live in the valley, it's still worth the drive to come here for bud! 10 a gram is perfect! Other places are extremely overpriced. Thank you DCC

They are sooooooooo....friendly here I have been here a couple of times now my friend recommended this place. I feel like the prices on a few things are a little high. They do have happy hour and you get a little discount I think that's a really cool thing but they offer. But I have for sure would give it 10 Stars for customer service.

The customer service is always excellent. The patient advisors (budtenders) are friendly and helpful. The facility is very nicely kept and feels very professional. $35 cap means you know how much everything is. Quality strains. Convenient packaging (although not recyclable). Great variety of edibles and vape alternatives

This place is pretty much "IT" for dispensaries in the valley. Super professional, yet laid back, this place consistantly has the top shelf products people need/want, as well as a selection to die for.And we're not just talking weed here. Concentrates, edibles, topicals, etc...They pretty much stay on top of their game by keeping up with the latest and most cutting edge products in the industry.Not to mention the deals. Sometimes top shelf nug run shatter for as low as 30 bucks. I mean, wax is expensive, but you cant find good quality shatter for much less than that anywhere unless you're getting from the extract artist themselves.So to sum it up, this place kicks ass. Good buds, cool people, secure location with visible security...Best dispensary in the valley.

i like this spot it's right by my house. great service and good buds. you can tell they are professional only reason not 5 star is because the security seems board and always gives us a hard time about my passenger smoking a cigarette in the parking lot while they wait for me to come out. not a big deal but its outside bro find something better to do.!

This is a good, we'll run dispensary. Good atmosphere, great customer service and very well managed. Check in people are helpful but strict, inside help are knowledgeable and gives great assistance. Well guarded and watched in the whole facility. You feel safe coming here. Keep up the good work and maintain the high standard! Selections are vast and higher grade.

Within a year, DC collective shows their greed and lack of compassion for the 'patient' - There are collectives that are medical only and they show compassion to all patients.

I call and they said I could bring it back which I did, for it to be weighed. I told told the guy that I took a dab of the one that appeared okay and I was VERY SPECIFIC that I DID NOT TOUCH the other ".5g" AT ALL. I simply looked at it and knew right away. He weighed it at .3 and ACUSED me of smoking from the .3g. I don't care how many idiots they get in per day, I'm a valued customer there and the guy I was dealing with was the one who ACCEPTED the porn from us last time even thanking us!This review is meant for you bastards at DC. I can't believe you treated me like this and even accused me of being a liar. Absolutely disgusted. I know there are people who will still go here regardless of my review. Really you tried to screw over a 68 year old woman who is a regular patient because shes old and seems a little ditzy...I'm sure you guys saw her louis vuitton bag and wallet and wanted to over charge her. She tried to return a bliss pen that was completely full to you guys cause it wouldnt hit. I told her to return it when I saw she never even got one hit out of it. You guys tell her your not carrying it anymore so it will be hard for you to return it to the company. Well too bad it's not my moms fault you guys dont carry it anymore. Then you try to over charge her on taxes. She knows what the taxes are and comes in enough to know. You guys are pretty shady. Ever since the law changed you guys changed and not in a good way your budtenders have become rude and your bud lacks all quality... I'll be sure to send my mother who has cancer, had brain anyurisms, strokes, copd, heart stents, scoliosis, and pancreatitis problems to a collective who cares about their patients.

I have been a regular here for a little less than a year now. The bud tenders are professional and their flowers and extracts are always topnotch. Definitely recommend coming here. Also, if you buy more than 3.5, grams are $10! They also have text specials every few days which is nice.

Came in here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised...they have a very good variety of flower. The buds are fresh and of higher quality then other dispensaries selling with a 35 dollar cap. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shatter selection was ok...the top shelf was better then a lot of places and some popular brands like left coast....it just could have better clarity and stability. The taste was clean and the high is comparable to other premium products...i would strongly recommend this club to anyone looking for fresh quality flower but if your into concentrates its just ok. Cool building easy parking

DC is hands down the most consistent clinic I have used for my medical needs and at the most reasonable/reasonable donation. Quality is assured due to reliable outside testing which is posted with all strain type allowing the patient the ability to make an informed choice rather than rely upon the advice of another who may present a selection based on "clinic" needs over patient needs. I have witnessed less honorable "Coops" rename a strain and push sales due to profit margin concerns. Public safety is obviously a high priority and as one experienced in the field, I am impressed with the obvious and visible measures DC has chosen. DC also takes pride in maintaining a clean environment where even a "germaphobe" would find comfort. I wish all providers had such high standards and I had the ability to add more stars as all who I have met were very personable and educated.  I am not a novice patient and haven't had the need or desire to "test" their knowledge, thus have no comments other than I have never had an unanswered question nor has my clinician had to ask others for assistance.

So , based on most other collectives in the sfv, my initial thoughts while traversing the two miles from my residence to this collective were to brace myself for my normal San Fernando valley dispensary experience. From supposed top shelf flowers (mids at best), poorly purged oils - all at top shelf prices, to the rude laxidasical half-wit bud tenders that have no idea what their talking about and could barely carry on an intelligent , coherent conversation with me. Imagine my surprise when pulling up to a well thought out parking lot with ample space. I parked and walked in the front door and was pleasantly surprised by the clean decor and friendly well organized security guard. He pointed out my way to the reception window and I promptly started the verification and paperwork. The paperwork part of the process was quick and it took no more than ten minutes. The receptionist handed my rec and id back and I was buzzed into the back room. Once I entered the back I knew immediately I'd come to the right place. All of their flowers looked and smelled amazing with many strains to choose from .Their selection of Concentrates gives you numerous choices ; whether you dab or medicate with a Vape. I'm really big on customer service and was impressed by the level of professionalism by both security and the bud tenders. I was helped in choosing the proper strain for my medical needs and treated with courtesy and respect. Overall this is hands down the best experience I've ever had in the sfv. Thank you for changing my mind about collectives in the valley you take compassion and caring to the next level.

I've been coming here for about 5 years and I just love this place. They ALWAYS have so many different strains to choose from, all at the highest quality I have ever seen in a dispensary. The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. At least once a month they have a vendor there giving out either free samples or great Bogo deals! Not to mention every Friday is Free joint Friday and there house joints are THE BEST. Each time I go in I notice something new on their shelves. They have a large selection of edibles, concentrates, and other goodies like topicals and THC capsules.  I have recommended DC to many people and no one has ever been disappointed. I love their deals and the environment of this dispensary. If you live in the SFV I would recommend you stop by this shop! You will NOT regret it.

This place is my jam. I find the front office girls to be nice. I have chronic back/neck pain, anxiety and depression and like to experiment with different methods to medicate. Sometimes I feel rushed here which I understand they need to help other guests but there's so much to look at and never enough time.I did find an oil called Love Grass that they carry for pets and humans. It has improved my neck pain significantly.I try to buy something new every time I go.

This is the most professional environment I have been in for a medical MJ pharmacy and the staff knows exactly what I am looking for when I explain what I need for anxiety or pain. Would refer them to anyone, and especially for a first timer they are very experienced and knowledgeable.

These guys are really chill the staff is friendly and the products are good. Only issue I have is that they close at 8 pm and they wouldn't let me in one time at 7:54. I drove all the way from Simi Valley and I wasn't too thrilled about that. I would still come here though.

For being a first time patient I actually had the privilege of getting help from one of the managers there. Her name is Yolanda and I highly recommend this place. They have a really cool staff and a wide selection. Yolanda was patient and was most definitely knowledgeable. I'm coming back for sure!

This place is amazing! As a first time customer and rookie to Cannabis treatment I was nervous and uneducated. When I left I was walking on air and excited to start my treatment. This is the worst dispensary in the valley ! The people at the front desk are ass holes. They have shitty weed and act like there doctors making you get things that you don't want. There over priced and the vibe and attitudes are ridiculous. I will never ever step foot inside this horrible crappy place again. They also wear scrubs like there impersonating some sort of fake doctors & nurses . Prob not smart considering the lack of knowledge that spewed from that place ! Two thumbs down never ever again!   If I could give no stars I would have !

Sign up for the text specials ($30 for top shelf 8ths is choice) and swoop up some of their "Strawberry Crash" if you plan on breaking in some novice smokers. Their selection of high powered strains had gotten better over the last 2 months or so and they're a lot better about keeping the menu and test results up to date on their Weedmaps profile. My GF refuses to go anywhere else now. DC is the shit!

I've been to a dozen dispensaries in LA, and this one is the best yet. Large selection, budtenders that are genuine and nice, and no snarky attitude from anyone. They have every type of edible and concentrate known, and a few dozen types of flowers. Check in was easy (no rec needed). Cash only. It is a little out of the way and in an industrial area.

New patients get a free gram ! It's super clean and very professional and awesome staff. They had a big selection and again were very clean and organized. Idk why I was so stoked on the cleanliness thing but I loved it. Hand sanitizer everywhere and the budtenders wore gloves :) the building is also new looking inside, the brick walls are dope and overall had a nice look to it. Not ghetto at all. Ooo best part is they are cheap !

Great place - I'm new to the whole medical marijuana world and they helped me find just the right medication for my problem.  They run a very professional place.

One of the best shops that I ever went to. In my opinion, there's nothing they could've done better. Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection including Heavy Hitters.I would definitely recommend this as a top choice.

I just want to appreciate DC collective for having such great customer service. I don't go out my way to write a review but this is the best shop by far around this town. For somebody who almost experienced a lot of shops around the valley, for years from apothecary, divine, coast to coast, and much more. DC COLLECTIVE has it all. 20 percent off all day, BEST PRICES for edibles, weed, and CARTRIDGES. But my main reason of me writing this review is because they go out their way to solve my concerns as soon as possible. I recently got a defect select cartridge and this was my first defect in 1-2 years, and wow they gave me replacement ASAP. The team here is very understanding and professional. They solved my problem ASAP. I wish I remembered the managers name but he  was really understanding about my concern and did not let me leave the shop unhappy. But not only that the team is super cool and nice. Everybody has to go to this shop, it's amazing In deals/prices too! And also thanks for SELECT brand for cartridges for solving my concerns within a day as well!

The dispensary is overall very clean and well organized. The staff is helpful and polite(some are definitely high).There's a wide selection of edibles.  They recently remodeled and it looks absolutely stunning and pristine on the inside! Everything is clean and sterile and sanitized and beautiful. You should go check it out yourself you won't be disappointed. Excellent customer service and the vast variety of multiple products in flowers, edibles, and vapes.

Wandered into DC as a complete novice and left more educated thanks to Becca who assisted my bf and I with our first dispensary purchase!  I purchased a Besito Mint pen (low dose, good beginner pen), Nano tranquility gummies (for chilling/relaxing ahead of sleep), cannabis infused ginger beer (seemed interesting) and Nano Sativa gummies (hoping they are fun)!  Overall, it seems like a very well run establishment and I will be back to try more products!!  Thanks, DC!

Honestly, I've been here a couple times and it's kind of hit or miss. The employees on most occasions have horrible attitudes and in general are just not in the helping mood from my person experiences. Considering there are plenty of dispensaries in and near the valley, I'd suggest just going else where for better service and better attitudes. Thanks for everything but no thanks!

I had one encounter with this business and it was also professional everybody was so nice and respectful is that I'm back again. I highly recommend DC collective.

Looked for specific strain and found it on Weedmaps for 20$ an 1/8. Not 20$ plus tax. Just 20$.  So I go to DC Collective that's a 15 minute drive from me for this great deal. My intention was to buy a quarter ounce. When I went to pay it was 60$ and was told that weed maps doesn't include taxes but it also doesn't tell you they will be added. So I paid 20$ in tax. If I knew that would be the price I would have shopped at any of the 500 dispensaries I have between me and them. Although the service was good I won't be shopping there again considering the prices they advertised are not truthful. One and done with this kind of stuff. Dispensaries have a million times over competition so they need be on point with everything. There's so so so many other places to choose from. If they would have been truthful with the price I would have purchased it anyway but there was a TWENTY DOLLAR DIFFERENCE. They gained twenty bucks but lost future business. My one star  is for the business and two an three stars  is for the service.

This place is conveniently located, great parking, open and clean.  My first time there and what a rip on the bud I bought, way overpaid. Their floor sales is very prosperous for them. You got me that once, but won't be back.

This place has no customer service. Thebudtender showed us a couple jacks butat the end we went with the ones thatwere laid out on the counter, a Jupiterjack and 2 house strains. When I got tothe register, Dulce helped us. she didn'tgive us the bag or tell us to look at whatshe was putting inside till after we paidand that's when I realized we were giventheir house cactus jack not the Jupiterjack. She argued with us that sherepeated the order and showed it. Shewanted to make me feel like it was mymistake. She didn't show it and it's veryeasy to get the names confused butargued that the budtender said thatswhat i wanted. The bud tender couldn'teven own up to his own mistake. Theycan check the cameras and will see thestrains laid out before me at the flowerbar were not the ones she put in the bag.She called Chris over who said that theycouldn't do returns or exchanges! Ihadn't even walked out the door when Inoticed! I told my friend about it, andsaid this happened to her and they didswitch it out for her. they could haveeasily switched it out for me, too. Theyjust suggested I just come back for theother one whenever!

Walked in security was cool the chick up front didn't check me in so the 5 ppl that followed in after me went in first I finally made it in back and I was rudely greeted buy a guy already being frustrated and feeling disrespected I just said F it and walked out

I had a horrible experience dealing with this service. I placed an order through Weedmaps around 3pm and was given a flat price. Waited for delivery for two hours, then called DCC to check on my order and was told it may not get to me today. Then I got a text informing me there was a problem with my order that the person I spoke with failed to mention. Apparently Weedmaps added $5 to my order without itemizing it, or including the taxes - this meant that I couldn't get delivery from DCC because I was actually under their delivery minimum. When I called to add to my order I was given a new price w/ taxes, which I confirmed with the individual I spoke with, and was told the delivery would be out around 7:30p. At 8:50p the delivery driver showed up with my items for a higher price than I was given over the phone. When I contacted DCC again the individual over the phone insisted they told me the accurate price and they could not do any more to correct the situation.
