A multi-sport program for toddlers aged 1.5 to 2.5 years: adult involvement
The 30-minute structured lesson introduces toddlers to a variety of physical exercises in a fun and engaging environment. The program is intended to help toddlers develop their overall skills as well as their physical abilities whilst improving their listening and teamwork abilities. They will need to follow verbal cues, work as a team, and develop social skills by taking turns and helping one another during each session.
We concentrate on three primary skill components (ABC):
Agility, Balance and Coordination.
They will gain the physical, cognitive, emotional and confidence skills needed to explore and interact with the world around them.
ALL IN ONE can provide its Toddlers Multi-sports program or a specific sports program directly at your school during the academic day or as an after-school activity.
The multi-sports program allows each child to try a variety of sports. Each week, children will have the opportunity to explore and develop a specific sport before moving on to the next.
Students will be split into age appropriate groups that will:
Develop an understanding of safety, respecting their teammates, teamwork, skill development, fair play and self-discipline whilst inspiring a lifelong love of physical activity.
Students will develop their motor skills in a fun and interactive way, improve strength and endurance, and increase fitness. The program also helps students to develop social skills, build confidence, and encourages them to be part of a team.
As a lone provider, we can administer the complete After School Activity Programme or provide individual sports packages in collaboration with the school.
Our coaches are highly trained and experienced professionals who have a thorough understanding of their respective sports.
They are enthusiastic about delivering enjoyable, interactive sessions that teach and guide young athletes in the development of their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Students will develop their physical fitness, time management skills, social interaction, self-confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and stress management.
Additionally, students may learn how to set goals, handle criticism, and persevere in the face of adversity.
The yoga program assists students in learning and expanding their knowledge of yoga.
These programs teach students not only physical postures but also breathing techniques, meditation, and philosophy.
Yoga will provide students with a nurturing and supportive environment in which to explore their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
They are appropriate for students of all ages and abilities, and they provide a safe environment in which to practice.
